Preamble: The present Internal Regulations can be consulted at any time at the reception desk or on the hotel’s website. Any person entering the Hotel premises is deemed to have read and unreservedly accepted all of these provisions.

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the internal regulations form a single set that constitutes an integral part of the hotel contract and whose acceptance is mandatory prior to the conclusion of the sale. The reservation request implies adherence to these provisions and full and unconditional acceptance thereof.

– “Hotel”: the entity responsible for the Premises and providing the services, as well as its representatives (including staff members).
– “Premises”: all areas within the hotel, including rooms, common areas, and staff-only areas.
– “Common areas”: all areas accessible to any Visitor, including the reception, spa, elevators, staircases, corridors, restaurant, bar, and terrace.
– “Visitor”: any person (passer-by, Hotel service provider, Guest, staff member, etc.) entering the Premises.
– “Guest”: any person who has booked a service with the Hotel and is accommodated on this basis.

1. Purpose

These regulations define the rules of conduct and safety applicable to all guests and visitors of the establishment.
Any violation may result in immediate expulsion, without refund or recourse.

2. Reservation and Stay

Rooms are available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Late check-outs may be granted only upon prior approval from Reception, subject to same-day availability and an additional fee.
Any unauthorized late departure beyond the set time will be considered an extension of stay and charged as an additional night.

Upon arrival, guests are required to present valid identification and provide a bank card imprint.
No person not registered at Reception may access guest rooms without prior authorization from management. Similarly, a guest may not accommodate more people in the room than the number declared at booking.
Minors are not allowed to stay alone in a room without the presence or supervision of a responsible adult.

In the event of loss or malfunction of the room key (or card), the guest must go to Reception to obtain a new one.
For safety reasons, housekeeping staff are not permitted to open room doors for guests under any circumstances.

3. Conduct and Respect for the Premises

Calm and discretion are required in the rooms and common areas.
Any behavior contrary to good morals, public order, or the safety and comfort of others will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damage or deterioration caused to the property or interests of the hotel or its guests.

For everyone’s comfort and respect, appropriate attire is required at all times within the establishment.

4. Safety and Fire Regulations

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment, including in guest rooms (Decree no. 2006-1386 of 15 November 2006).
Any violation will result in a flat-rate charge of €100 for cleaning and deodorization.
Any false fire alarm triggered by non-compliance with this rule will result in a charge of €150 for fire system reset costs, as well as, if applicable, full compensation for any related guest inconvenience.

For safety reasons, the use of candles, personal irons, hot plates, unauthorized electrical or gas devices, or cookers is prohibited.
Any violation may result in an additional charge of €150.

5. Alcohol, Drugs, and Disturbances

The introduction or consumption of drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited.

Alcohol consumption is strictly regulated within the establishment, it’s only permitted in designated bar and restaurant areas, as well as in guest rooms.

Noise disturbances (loud music, shouting, gatherings in rooms, etc.) are prohibited, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

6. Animals

Small dogs (e.g., chihuahuas) are accepted upon prior request and subject to a €30 daily fee.

They must be kept on a leash in common areas, not left alone in rooms, and remain under the exclusive responsibility of their owner throughout the stay.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome free of charge, subject to prior management approval

7. Valuables

The hotel declines all responsibility in case of loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings not placed in the safe provided for this purpose.
It is strongly recommended not to leave valuables unattended in the room.

Each guest is asked to check that their door is properly locked when leaving the room, as the security of personal belongings remains their own responsibility.

8. Spa and wellness area

Access to the Spa & Wellness area is by reservation only and is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.

For the comfort and respect of all, appropriate attire is required: a clean swimsuit dedicated solely to spa use must be worn at all times.

Users must adopt a respectful, calm, and discreet attitude in keeping with the spirit of relaxation of the venue.
Any inappropriate, noisy, or unhygienic behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the area, without refund.

To preserve the peaceful atmosphere, mobile phones must be set to silent mode.

The use of cosmetic products other than those provided by Spa 27 is strictly prohibited.

Access to the “fitness and relaxation” area is limited to six people simultaneously.

A shower is mandatory before using any facility, and jump into pools is strictly prohibited.

9. Breakfast

Access to the breakfast room requires prior check-in with the hostess.
Guests are kindly asked to wait in the lobby until they are escorted to their table.
Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., and the buffet is gradually cleared starting from 10:35 a.m.
Waiting times may vary depending on attendance and schedule.

10. Specific prohibitions

It is forbidden to:
- Smoke or vape in rooms and common areas.
- Cook in rooms.
- Store food in rooms.
- Rearrange or move furniture.
- Wash or hang laundry from windows or inside rooms and bathrooms.
- Bring in external persons without prior approval.
- Throw objects or liquids from windows.
- Bring bicycles or other transport devices into rooms (a storage room is available for €20 per day per item).

11. Departure and Payment

Any unreported consumption, service, or damage at check-out may be charged to the registered bank card.
In case of non-payment, the hotel reserves the right to initiate recovery procedures

12. Acceptance of the Regulations

These regulations apply to all guests and visitors of the establishment.
Any breach may result in immediate expulsion without refund or recourse.
